Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please write to [email protected].

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it and you will be refunded the full purchase amount.

If the order has already left our warehouse, the cancellation will incur associated costs of €12 for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
